Sr. Territory Account Manager

eSurface is looking for qualified Remote Sales Representatives within large US Metropolitan areas to join our sales team. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action-oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world manufactures circuit boards and other electronic components and are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help our fast-growing business grow even faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a business plan to penetrate key accounts and become a trusted advisor.
  • Create, maintain and grow relationships within defined geographic territory and/or named list of strategic accounts
  • Must be able to plan, schedule, monitor and execute on multiple activities in a fast paced, fluid environment
  • Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts’ business needs and revenue potential
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers who can be referenced
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus
  • Must have 7+ years of sales experience in the technology arena
  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise-class technology solutions with a focus on enterprise class companies
  • A proven ability to present and sell to C-level executives,
  • Strong track record of achieving quota
  • Industry knowledge and rolodex within Electronics
  • Proven, measurable, and successful experience creating new business opportunities & growing revenue inside of an existing client base while building strong long term relationships
  • Team player that can also excel as an independent, high-performing, individual contributor.
  • Experience acting as a “quarterback” and leading a team through a complex sales cycle
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required.
  • Track record of W-2 earnings > $200K
  • Willing to travel as needed
